		<description>I&#039;d like to second that comment on volunteering. This weekend I was having some particularly rough PMS and in a basically horrible, low energy mood. But then I had an opportunity to help a friend clean up after a particularly large kid&#039;s party in her yard. I was tired and sluggish but it did brighten my mood, and her appreciation and gratitude helped me feel a lot better. I could have stayed home, feeling miserable, but I&#039;m glad I chose to go a few steps out of my way.</description>

So I volunteer at the local food bank, helping to eradicate this shameful problem.</description>

		<description>I totally agree with Kristi. Exercise is the best thing I can do for myself to feel great.  Particularly doing it first thing in the morning.  Starting the day with a walk, something for myself - rather than rushing off to work - has proved to be the best habit I&#039;ve ever developed.</description>
