Getting into both minimalist Zen decor and Japanese cooking at the moment, I absolutely *love* these. And with air getting underneath, everything stay drier. However – I’d like to ruin it all by saying that the glass in the picture would be perfect for my favourite whisky. Oh well, there goes the meditative ambience.
