If so, do some web window shopping at the site of textile artist and color consultant Ptolemy Mann, whose work has been featured in Vogue and a number of other architectural, décor and lifestyle magazines. Her hand-dyed weavings, mounted on wooden frames to add structure, are powerful in their presence – as dynamic as any painting. Mann’s work is a testament to the power of color, and viewing it is a great way to get inspired to take some color risks of your own in your clothing or décor.
