In Love with Inleaf

Remember pressing one perfect leaf into your diary? Textile designer Lotta Helleberg goes one better, using leaves as printing plates for her natural and organic Inleaf collection of pillows, table linens, bags, sachets and note cards.
These cool, effortlessly modern designs are printed with environmentally friendly fiber reactive dyes on pure linen or blended linen and cotton, with an option for organic wool pillow inserts.
I love the Queen Anne’s Lace Pillow and the Doublefile viburnum sachets filled with organic lavender, in whispery, soothing colors. Inleaf’s zippered cosmetic bags would make thoughtful gifts for girlfriends, too.
Curious for more? Lotta has started keeping a blog where you can track her creative inspiration and marvelous process.

I remember pressing leaves when I was young. It was the highlight of the fall to see who found the pretties leaf.
