		<description>Very timely and informative, but I feel the 90% depletion of tuna stat may not be ironclad.  There are good people in the scientific community who believe it&#039;s about 40% .  There is a lot of dispute over that specifically and difference of opinion, much like there is on the rate of ice cap shrinkage due to warming.  But all are agreed as to the fact of it, if not the rate of it.  So the warning is proper.</description>
