Really cute with leggings & a cardigan- The grey family is so underrated, I always think- one of my favorites. I like this dress- simple & elegant, a neat shape but not fussy. Very nice!

October 18th, 2009 at 6:24 pm
It’s getting very cold where i am, so definitely with some warm stockings, cute flats and either a cozy cardigan over top or a turtleneck underneath! (or both if it’s really cold out!)

This is a great dress! At this time of year I would go the leggings and flats route!
October 19th, 2009 at 2:31 am
What’s great about this piece (besides the fact that’s eco-friendly hemp & can be worn year-round!) is that it would fit so many body types nicely! Since it’s chilly here now, I’d probably throw on one of my tight-fitting turtlenecks, thick tights with distress riding boots, and cinch the waist with an oversized belt. What a great dress — thanks for the opportunity to win it!
October 19th, 2009 at 5:48 am
All of the above, and probably a lot! It got so suddenly cold here, in the near future I’d rock it with leggings and engineer boots, maybe even over a turtelneck.

I just got my first Fiji dress from Ursula, who is wonderful. I absolutely love the dress and would make good and frequent use of another. Since it’s fall, I plan to wear it with tights and tall boots and a striped shirt underneath.
October 19th, 2009 at 6:21 am
Baby, it’s cold outside so I’m def thinking a long sleeved T, bright scarf and boots.
October 19th, 2009 at 6:43 am
I love this dress, it’s the sort of item which can be worn in summer or winter with a million combinations. My choice today would be purple tights and scarf and long boots – but this could change tomorrow!
October 19th, 2009 at 9:36 am
In summer, with a bold and bright colored scarf and cute ballet flats. In winter, with boots and a long knit cardigan. Lovely!

I am the owner of a lot of peasant-style blouses, which my grandmother made for my mother in the 1970’s. This dress would be perfect over them all. It would, of course, be perfect over a tight wool sweater too, and that might be necessary here in Norway!
October 20th, 2009 at 2:46 am
Ursula is one of my favourite designers and I would love to win one of her creations. I would wear it with a gold ribbon necklace, small matching leather jacket , tights and long n sexy boots.
October 20th, 2009 at 1:38 pm

Love this dress! So many ways to wear it I’m not sure I can choose just one… I guess I would pair it with a funky necklace, cardigan, patterned tights, and ankle boots. Although it would also be great in warm weather with a pair of cute flats.
October 21st, 2009 at 4:36 pm
May Canadians enter? I’d wear it with a long sleeved t-shirt and a hand-knit shawl.

Confession: this is my second post. I REALLY love this dress. Just started the Great American Apparel Diet and such a versatile piece would really spruce up my wardrobe! Amy

I apologize to all of you cold weather dwellers but the truth is, I live in Southern California. That means that it was 81 degrees here today and while I love everyone’s ideas about tights and ruffled cardigans and knee high boots, I would be wearing this dress with cute sandals. Period. Okay, maybe a necklace or two and earrings but really, the dress would be out on its own because I don’t need extra clothes yet!!!
Since I am doing The Great American Apparel Diet and we have a little over ten months left until we can buy a new piece of clothing, I would be stoked to have a new dress.

I don’t know if modaspia designer Ursula Dean ever realized so much could b e done with one little dress!
Very creative ladies!
