Rock On with Eco-Friendly iPod Speakers

Well, turn off the tunes and listen up. Here’s the first hand-crafted, real wood iPod speaker (read: useful) that looks retro and is made with wood from sustainable plantation sources.
The Vers 2X plays and charges most iPod models (Nano, Video, Mini, iPhone). Its adaptor and Class D amplifier use up to 70% less energy than traditional speakers, according to Feel More Human which sells this sound system and other eco-friendly home products.
I think the bamboo finish rocks but it also comes in other woods including cherry, dark walnut, and light walnut finishes for $160. Finally, something dark and handsome to play on and give us a real charge at night.
