		<description>I agree 100% with Jennifer&#039;s comment. Faux leathers are not the same. Unless it&#039;s PVC-free, it&#039;s not safe. The same goes for vegan  items. The term &quot;vegan&quot; does not mean that it&#039;s better for the environment. PVC is harmful to humans AND animals.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know about the Stella McCartney bag since the website doesn&#039;t have the information, but a lot of faux leather is made of vinyl (or polyvinyl chloride to be exact), and is definitely NOT eco-friendly.  From product to disposal, vinyl is the most toxic plastic.  Plus, it can expose you to phthalates and lead or cadmium (depending on the stabilizer used).
