		<description>The water problem is a big one for me, being the Aruvedic type Vata (skinny, creative, intense, dry). I have found that drinking relaxes me, and when I have urgent catastrophies to field or opportunities to grab (that&#039;s most of the time), I don&#039;t want to be relaxed. I want to be in battle-mode. Of course after a few hours of this I am depleted.

So like most addictions, the addiction to being dehydrated is best overcome by acknowledging its benefits, bravely weighing it against the costs  and then putting the right thing in the right place - a full glass of water in the bathroom that must be drunk first  is a handy trick to locks you into an upward spiral of hydration relaxation.</description>

As I am running I repeat three or four words that I want to be mindful about, something to cure whatever brain ailments I have that day. It really works, especially if followed by even fifteen minutes of quiet meditation.
