		<description>Plus, if you eat a vegetarian diet, you need to eat a larger variety of fruits, seeds, nuts, veggies, superfoods, etc in order to get your balance of vitamins, enzymes and minerals.

This translates into a diet with a lot more creativity and variety!!!</description>
