What Are You Doing This Weekend?
Hello there! If you are new here, you might want to subscribe to the RSS feed for updates on this topic.

We’re turning off the power.
Tomorrow at 8 p.m., cities around the world will be pulling the plug for Earth Hour – more than 200 of them, to be exact. World Wildlife Fund’s climate change statement originated in Sydney in 2007 but has quickly evolved into a global event. Over 100 cities in the States will be participating tomorrow (local time). But even if your city has other weekend plans, you can still make a personal impact with the simple flick of a switch.

I enjoyed turning the lights out. I went outside, lit a little fire in the chimenea and sat in front of it, singing a few songs to myself and praying. I also looked up at the stars and enjoyed the warm Arizona night. Thanks!
